Welcome, On our Asian food blog we show you many traditional and trendy Asian recipes. You have the choice between 50 Japanese recipes and 63 Korean recipes. We would like to pay special respect to the Asian cuisine, especially to the Japanese and Korean cuisine and are constantly looking for new Asian recipes. Who is RyuKoch?
We are Ryusei Hosono and Matthias Koch and our goal is to spread these two fascinating cuisines in the German speaking countries. That's why we have joined forces in this duo Foodblog. Get to know each other better and learn how we came to cook in the first place, especially how and why we decided together to set up such a Foodblog.
