Boil milk slowly with well stirred sugar in a appropriate pot.

Pour the liquig into a fit vessel. Here you can store the dessert.

Put the canned or fresh clementine pieces into the liquid and keep it in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

It will become stiff and you can enjoy with a spoon.
