Preparation

Boil the potatoes.

When they are done, take them out of the water and let them cool.

Boil the egg hard.

Now slice the carrots and cucumbers.

Boil the carrots until firm to the bite (this only takes a few minutes).

Cut the ham into small rectangles.

Peel the cooled potatoes, place them in a large bowl and mash them roughly with a fork (pieces may remain).

Now add the other ingredients to the potatoes.

After that add the mayonnaise.

Peel and mash the egg with a fork and add it to the salad.

Last but not least the salad has to chill for 30-60 minutes before you can serve it. Enjoy your meal!
