Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Now put the cucumber slices into a small plastic bag, for example a ziploc bag.

Now you add a pinch of sesame and a pinch of salt.

Now add the rice vinegar and the soy sauce.

Now you add a small handful of wakame to the pickles.

Add the sugar and dashi powder.

Mix well (you can simply shake the plastic bag) and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Done! Garnish the kyurino no sunomono with some sesame and chili.
