Preparation

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

  2. Now put the cucumber slices into a small plastic bag, for example a ziploc bag.

  3. Now you add a pinch of sesame and a pinch of salt.

  4. Now add the rice vinegar and the soy sauce.

  5. Now you add a small handful of wakame to the pickles.

  6. Add the sugar and dashi powder.

  7. Mix well (you can simply shake the plastic bag) and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

  8. Done! Garnish the kyurino no sunomono with some sesame and chili.
