Carefully take the silk tofu out of the packaging. Let it fall directly onto the serving plate. You can also let the water drain off first by opening only one slit.

Cut ume and shiso to garnish. You can also choose chives, spring onions or other vegetables.

Finally, garnish the tofu and pour some soy sauce on the tofu. Here, I recommend using the Japanese Kikkoman soy sauce.

Now you can serve the tofu. It cools your mouth down pleasantly.
