Preparation
-
First you have to cook the rice.
-
Then cut the onions and the chicken meat into small cubes (mijingiri).
-
Now you put some oil in a pan, fry the onions until they are glassy and then add the meat.
-
As soon as the chicken meat is well done, add the rice to the pan.
-
Peas, corn and carrots are also added. Season the rice with salt and pepper.
-
While the rice is frying, you can beat the eggs in a bowl and mix them with egg, cheese, milk and some salt.
-
After the rice is well fried, ketchup is added. Mix well and the filling is ready!
-
Now it's time for the omelette. Put some oil in a clean pan and let it get hot.
-
Now pour in the egg mixture.
-
After the egg sticks, you can fry it a bit more to your taste - but not longer than 1-2 minutes.
-
Now take the omelette out of the pan, put the rice on one half of the omelette and fold the other half over.
-
The dish is ready :) Maybe you can now garnish your Omuraisu with ketchup.
