Overhead shot of Thai-style shrimp bites arranged on a speckled olive-green ceramic plate set against a dark, textured slate surface. Each bite sits on a glossy green wild pepper leaf and is built up with a seared, seasoned shrimp, a tangle of crispy fried shallots, diced red onion, and a bright topping of orange fish roe. Five of the leaf wraps are spaced around the plate, showing off their layered look. Loose to the side on the slate, a scattering of thin sprouts and a few small herb leaves frame the dish, keeping the styling loose and natural. The dark backdrop and moody lighting make the orange roe and pink shrimp stand out, giving the food photography a polished, blog-ready look.

A man in glasses and a gray striped shirt stands at a wooden counter outdoors, cooking in a wok set on a small red portable gas burner. He wears a blue patterned apron and holds the wok handle while stirring what looks like glass noodle stir fry. Behind him are thatched bamboo walls and other people at the open-air cooking station, suggesting a Thai cooking class or market setting.

A man and a woman sit side by side on low plastic stools at a busy Vietnamese street food stall at night, both smiling at the camera. He wears glasses and a blue button-up shirt, she has short blonde hair and a gray top, and between them on a small blue table is a bowl of food with chopsticks, part of a meal in progress. The seating is classic Hanoi street style: a scatter of tiny red and blue plastic stools around low tables. Behind them the stall is in full swing. A green and red neon sign reads Hoa Béo and advertises phở bò, next to a chalkboard menu listing Vietnamese dishes and prices. A vendor stands at the cart with stacked bowls, other diners eat nearby, and on the left a motorbike with a rider in a hooded jacket passes close by, headlights glowing. Overhead, striped tarps and awnings stretch across the narrow street, and the whole scene has the warm, slightly motion-blurred energy of eating dinner in the middle of Hanoi's old quarter traffic.
