Preparation

Cook the rice first. If you still have some rice left, use it.

Clean the lettuce leaves and put them aside to dry.

Now prepare the sauce. Cut the onion into very small cubes and chop the garlic. Fry the onion with some oil, the chopped garlic and the minced meat.

Now add Doenjang and Gochujang and simmer the sauce for another 5 minutes stirring constantly.

Turn off the heat and add the remaining ingredients (sesame oil, sesame seeds, honey).

Serve the rice with the vegetables and the sauce and enjoy.
