Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients except the glass noodles in a large pot or a pan with a high rim

  2. First cook the glass noodles separately according to the package instructions and then add them to the large pot.

  3. Now fill the pot/pan with so much water until everything is covered.

  4. You don't need any further ingredients, because the meat gives the whole thing a pleasant meat taste. Let the dish cook for about 15 minutes. Add the pre-cooked glass noodles and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

  5. While the dish is cooking, mix your favorite sauce (soja-mustard dippig sauce or soja-vinegar dipping sauce).

  6. Serve everything and provide each guest with a bowl of sauce(s). Ideally, mix several sauces.
