Preparation

Wash the leek onion / leek thoroughly with cold water.

Now cut the whole skeins with the onion knife and put the cut strips in a water bath for 10 minutes. The water bath ensures that the sharpness is removed.

Mix the sauce while waiting.

After the 10 minutes, rinse the vegetables again and stir in the sauce. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil to it and garnish with sesame seeds.

Already Pajeori is ready to serve. Eat Pajeori for Korean BBQ or "Korean Fried Chicken".
