Then I have the perfect side dish for you. This Korean cucumber salad Oi Mukhim (오이 무침) is characterized by its fruity crisp taste. By adding less or more chili powder (Gochugaru) you can adjust the sharpness optimally. I recommend Oi Muchim as a side dish to warm dishes or juicy meat courts. It is also ideal for a nice barbecue, as it is ready to serve after a very short preparation time. Oi Muchim is one of my favorite Korean side dishes, as I totally love this slightly spicy-sweet taste. This is an absolute preparation recommendation. Try it out!

  1. Halve the cucumber and cut the halves into thin crescent slices.

  2. Stir the sauce in a small separate bowl and mix all ingredients together.

  3. Cut the onion in crescents and chop the garlic.

  4. Now add all the ingredients in a suitable bowl and mix it well.

  5. And ready is the super tasty korean salad! Super easy. Good hunger :)
