Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken rolls a little, salt them generously and let them rest for 20 minutes.

  3. Put the chickenbolls in a clean, tall pan with 300ml of water, the soy sauce, sugar, garlic and pepper. Bring it to boil and don't cover the pan!

  4. Now boil it until the water is almost completely boiled. Do not forget to turn the Bollen occasionally.

  5. When the water is almost boiled, turn the heat down to the lowest setting and add the honey. The garlic cloves should also have boiled over into a thick sauce. Stir constantly.

  6. Now add the sliced pepper pieces as well, stir and serve.
