Preparation
-
Cut the meat and vegetables, except for the cucumber, into bite-size cubes.
-
First roast the meat until it is crispy, then add the sliced vegetables.
-
Fry the black bean paste in the same pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes and then mix it with the meat and vegetables. Simply spread out a free space in the middle of the pan where you can fry the bean paste.
-
Now add 200 ml of water and close the pan. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes over a low heat.
-
To thicken the sauce, add a tablespoon of cornstarch or potato starch. This thickens the sauce and refine it with an tablespoon of sesame oil.
-
Cook the pasta in parallel. In addition to ramen noodles, you can also use any other type of pasta. Ramen noodles taste best with it.
-
Cut the cucumber into very thin sticks
-
Garnish now: Serve the pasta directly with the mixture or serve the sauce separately. Place the freshly cut cucumber on top of the dish.
