Preparation

  1. Since you have an already fried Chunjang, you can skip this step. If not, then you have to fry the indicated amount of Chunjang in cooking oil for 10 minutes. Use about 200 ml oil for this.

  2. Cut the meat and vegetables into bite-sized cubes, except for the cucumber.

  3. Fry the ingredients with some oil.

  4. Mix the Chunjang with 3 tablespoons of water and sugar, and add the sauce to the other ingredients in the frying pan. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.

  5. Cook the noodles in parallel. You can also use any other kind of noodles besides ramen noodles. But ramen noodles taste best with it.

  6. Cut the cucumber into very thin sticks

  7. Garnish now: Serve the pasta directly with the mixture or serve the sauce separately. Place the freshly cut cucumber on top of the dish.
