Preparation

Chop 100 gr zucchini into thin halves and add 0.5 tablespoon of salt. Mix the salt with the zucchini and leave it for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes pat the zucchini dry using a paper towel.

Chop the garlic, saeujeot (or sea salt) and the spring onion finely.

Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil and add the zucchini.

Fry for 1 minute on high temperature. Now add the other three ingredients and pan-fry on low heat for another 4 minutes.

Serve the fried zucchini and garnish this quick side dish with sesame seeds.
