Preparation

Remove the fins and the head of the fish.

Cut the mushrooms, pepper-chilli, garlic and radish into slices about 1cm thick. These are placed on the bottom of the pan as a bed.

Put the fish on top of the radish and put the other vegetables around it.

Now add the other ingredients (except for the rice/white wine) and cook everything for 4 minutes on the highest heat.

After 4 minutes add the cooking wine and set the cooking level to medium to low. The dish will simmer for 20 minutes.

If necessary, look in the pan and add a little more water if you want more brew.

Serve the dish as a main or side dish.
