Preparation

Mix the cake mixture with the egg and milk to a very creamy mixture. My tip: Use a hand blender or similar.

Brush the wafer pan with a little neutral-tasting oil on both the top and bottom. Use a kitchen paper or a small silicone brush for this.

Heat up the waffle iron and put 2 tbsp. of batter into each mould.

Fill the main body of the fish with a teaspoon of filling compound.

Close the mould and bake the waffles on each side for 2-3 minutes. Turn the waffle iron over several times.

Serve the waffle with some honey and warm tea or put it in your lunch box.
