Preparation

  1. Stir the Buchim Garu with the water to a creamy mass. The dough should not be too liquid.

  2. Now cut the Buchu into pieces of about 2-3 cm and mix everything in a large bowl. You may notice that relatively little dough is visible. When frying it, you can make very tasty pancakes, because the main ingredient should be the buchu.

  3. Heat a pan with a little oil and add small or large blobs of the mixture. I prefer smaller jeon than a big one.

  4. Fry the cakes on each side until golden brown and serve with the soy dipping sauce.
