The Barbecue season has started!

Finally, we can grill outdoor again! Of course, you can normally find a lot of meat there but for me a well-stocked salad table should also not be missed.

For this, I show you now a delicious korean salad recipe with pak choi. The Asian cabbage Pak Choi can be found in every German supermarket and is very reasonably priced. This salad is characterized by a crisp, Pak Choi typical taste.

The heart of this salad is certainly the fragrant and harmonizing dressing, which gives the salad its spicy-sour-sweet taste and make your taste buds explode!

Due to its fruity refreshing taste, this Korean salad is not only suitable for extended barbecues, but also ideal as a side dish to warm courts and soups.

Do not wait any longer and try this special salad now!

Preparation

  1. Cut the pluck from the Pak Choi and wash all leaves very thoroughly with cold water.

  2. Use a pair of scissors to cut the Pak Choi leaves into about 3 finger-wide pieces.

  3. Collect the leaves in a large bowl and add the ingredients for the dressing.

  4. Mix everything carefully so that each leaf is surrounded by a good dressing wrap.

  5. Place the jar in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the dressing to develop its aroma.

  6. Serve this delicious Pakchoi salad with meat and other juicy foods.
