Preparation

Cut the pluck from the Pak Choi and wash all leaves very thoroughly with cold water.

Use a pair of scissors to cut the Pak Choi leaves into about 3 finger-wide pieces.

Collect the leaves in a large bowl and add the ingredients for the dressing.

Mix everything carefully so that each leaf is surrounded by a good dressing wrap.

Place the jar in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the dressing to develop its aroma.

Serve this delicious Pakchoi salad with meat and other juicy foods.
