मैं तुम्हें एक बात बताता हूँ: Matthias और मैं, हम दोनों Foodies हैं, जो इस ब्लॉग के पीछे हैं, हम दोनों बहुत शौक से खाते हैं – खासकर, जब कोई हमारे लिए खाना बनाता है। हम सिर्फ खाना पसंद ही नहीं करते, बल्कि अच्छे खाने की सच में कद्र भी करते हैं। और खासकर तब, जब वह अच्छा एशियाई खाना हो! जर्मनी में Asia-रेस्तरां की कोई कमी नहीं है। लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से उनमें से बहुत से ऐसे हैं, जो या तो बहुत अच्छे नहीं हैं या फिर बिल्कुल असली (authentic) नहीं हैं – या फिर दोनों। और इसी वजह से हमने फैसला किया है कि अपने शौक को कुछ ऐसा बनाएं, जो हमारे पाठकों के भी काम आए: यानी Restaurant-Reviews!

आपके लिए टेस्ट करने निकले!

इसके लिए हम आने वाले समय में कई वीकेंड्स “बलिदान” करेंगे, ताकि आपके लिए एशियाई रेस्तरां घूम-घूमकर, वहां की स्पेशल डिशेज़ चखकर, अपने अनुभव आपके साथ साझा करें! हम अपने मिशन को गंभीरता से लेते हैं: शुक्रवार और शनिवार को आप हमें जर्मनी के Asia-रेस्तरां में देखेंगे!

हम उन किचनों पर फोकस करेंगे जिन्हें हम जानते और पसंद करते हैं: जापानी, कोरियाई, चीनी, वियतनामी, थाई और भारतीय। सबसे पहले हमारा लक्ष्य जर्मनी के अलग-अलग शहरों के रेस्तरां में जाना है। हमारी योजना में Mannheim, Düsseldorf, Köln और Berlin जैसे शहर शामिल हैं। यहाँ आपको पहले से ही कुछ Reviews मिलेंगे – लेकिन आने वाले समय में और भी बहुत सारे Reviews जुड़ेंगे! हो सकता है कि हम अपनी रिसर्च बाहर के देशों तक भी बढ़ाएं – आखिर हम खाने के साथ-साथ घूमना भी तो पसंद करते हैं!

हमारी Reviews हम जितना हो सके उतना डिटेल में तैयार करेंगे। आपको हर Review में रेस्तरां की सामान्य जानकारी, हमारे ऑर्डर की गई डिशेज़ की सटीक जानकारी और एक निष्कर्ष (Fazit) जरूर मिलेगा। यहाँ, इस पेज पर, आपको अलग-अलग रेस्तरां दिखेंगे। जिनके पास पीला स्टार है, उनमें पहले से व्यक्तिगत रेटिंग शामिल है। हम लगातार नए Reviews जोड़ते रहेंगे!
