A visit to the Korean restaurant in Düsseldorf Han Kook Kwan Korea Haus is worth every minute. This authentic Korean restaurant is particularly distinguished by the variety of dishes. In addition, as in a typical Korean restaurant, a variety of side dishes are served free of charge. In this restaurant it is also possible to experience a Korean BBq. On my visit, however, I opted for normal dishes. Han Kook Kwan comes very close to a restaurant in South Korea. This is because this Korean restaurant serves 8 side dishes, which you can refill again and again. You can already see some of the side dishes from my blog. Here you can choose between normal Korean dishes and Korean BBQ.

The side dishes all taste very good, I especially love the potato side dish (top left in the picture). You can also see Kimchi, mung bean sprout salad, cucumber salad (Oi muchim), garlic-fried beans, fried tofu, a cabbage salad that is still unknown to me, and regular lettuce leaves in the house style. I had a spicier octopus dish. The topping of spicy fried octopus convinced me very much in terms of taste. The bottom of the clay pot is covered with rice and is the ideal complement to the topping. Even if this dish looks small, it is quite filling. The price is around 15 euros. My girlfriend ordered a soup, whose name I unfortunately forgot :( The soup is considered very healthy in Korea because of its ingredients. The special ingredient is cartilage pieces from beef, which are cooked very soft and practically melt on your tongue. Very very tasty

Conclusion:

A visit to this Düsseldorf restaurant is worth every minute. If you want to try Korean food, I recommend you start here. This restaurant gives you the perfect insight into South Korean cuisine. The quality of this restaurant is very high and for me Han Kook Kwan Korea Haus counts as a must-go. Especially if you want to try something new with your family or your partner.
