What makes our glossary unique? First and foremost, our glossary/dictionary is like any other. The difference is that we feature many Asian, particularly Japanese and Korean, foods and kitchen utensils. Since we are also a food blog, we also link the corresponding recipe so you can see directly how to apply these utensils and information.
