Do you want to eat good and relatively cheap Japanese food? Then JapanTown in Los Angeles is just the right place. With many, many restaurants of all kinds, Little Tokyo in Los Angeles has a lot to offer. To give you an overview, we have visited some restaurants for you and written a detailed post.

A true paradise for Japan fans. Since I know the supermarkets in Japan very well, I can definitely say that this one in Little Tokyo LA is very authentic and also offers a very wide selection of "real" Japanese products. I have to say honestly, I was very surprised by the selection. You don't even know that abroad.

Conclusion

I have to say honestly, I was very surprised by JapanTown in Los Angeles. You can easily spend a whole day there. Explore JapanTown in the morning for 30 minutes - 1 hour, have lunch, then maybe rest in a cafe or bubble tea shop, then walk around for a few more hours, check out the supermarket, maybe buy some merchandise and then eat Japanese food there again in the evening.
Therefore, definitely a recommendation from us! Anyone who wants to experience Japan in the USA is definitely in good hands in JapanTown Los Angeles and can experience a relatively authentic experience there.
