I hope you like the list! Have fun
Asia Kulinarisch
I am Florian and run the blog Asia Kulinarisch. My fascination with the diverse cuisines of Asia began with traveling, the first time I went to Thailand in 2012. Then I went on various trips to China, Hong Kong, Japan, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia and Thailand again. The food there always impressed me so much that I set out to present "the real" recipes of Asian cuisine. I am also a bit of a cookbook addict and have now collected some great books, including some brought back from my travels.

The Hangry Stories
The blog "The hangry Stories" was created as a joint project by Michael and Stephanie Drewing from Munich to make recipes and travel tips from Japan accessible to a German audience. On joint trips to Japan, the couple is always looking for new inspiration, recipes and special destinations that they can present on their blog. The focus is on down-to-earth, everyday Japanese cuisine, street food and various baking creations. Michael and Stephanie are also deeply rooted in the Japanese pop culture scene, as they are active in the volunteer organization team of the Manga-Anime-Convention "Connichi" and thus bring the country of their dreams closer to many young Japan fans.

My little japanese World
Hello, I am Manja and born in 1986 from the beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Since I am occasionally seized by wanderlust, I simply quench it with a culinary journey that started in Japan. I love the country and the delicious food. That's why you'll find many local creations on my blog, as well as many Japanese recipes and variations. Anyone who wants to can dive into "my little Japanese world" there.

- Description:
- What does this blog offer? The motto of this blog is clarity and satisfaction. Through my experience as a website optimizer, I have designed the site to make it as easy as possible for you to find your way around. There are basically 3 categories. Once recipes, where you can find Japanese recipes. Then a glossary, which is divided into 3 more. Once in food, kitchen utensils and Asian markets. As a last category there is the blog that you are currently in. There I write about many topics, especially about Japanese food.
- Size:
- Due to the many categories, I would describe my blog as not big but also not small.
- Personality:
- Through the close contact of the community via Facebook and general personal address, I would describe my blog as very personal.
- Age:
- I only started this blog at the beginning of 2016. Therefore, the blog is still very young and not filled with anything great. I am also working on programming in this blog, so many hours are spent behind the scenes. For me, this project is a collection of my hobbies. Namely programming, designing, photographing, cooking and writing!

Nekobento.com
- http://www.nekobento.com
- Screenshot: 10.03.2017
- Size:
- With over 200 recipes, nekobento.com (Cat Lunchbox) is one of the largest Japanese recipe sites in the German-speaking world. Unfortunately, the site is no longer up-to-date, but recipes, as you know, don't get old.
- Personality:
- Since no company is behind the site, the address is also very personal. Through all the tips and information on many Japanese topics, the site is very personal.
- Age:
- The site has been operated since 2007. Unfortunately, the site has not been up-to-date since about 2013. Actually a shame for that. But there are many other sites that continue what nekobento.com did.

Uchigohan.de

- Screenshot: 10.03.2017
- Size:
- With over 200 Japanese recipes and some information about ingredients and kitchen utensils, the site is quite large. The site focuses on Japanese recipes. This site does not have a blog. Nevertheless, the site is very suitable if you are looking for delicious and above all traditional Japanese recipes!
- Personality:
- This site does not have a personal address. You also can't see at first glance who is behind this project. If you go to the site http://www.uchigohan.de/about/ you will learn a little bit about the person behind the project, namely Takuto Kojima, a web developer from Berlin. However, since no company is behind this project, this site is already very personal.
- Age:
- I don't know exactly when this site was created, but it looks like it was created before 2014.

1mal1japan.de
- https://1mal1japan.de/
- Screenshot: 10.03.2017
- Description:
- Since around September 2016, Elisa Author from 1mal1japan has been writing regular posts about Japanese culture. Due to the high frequency, this blog is developing very quickly. At the time of this post, 1mal1japan unfortunately has a very confusing website, but it is filled with very good posts. I personally like the page Warenkunde very much, as different products are shown there.
- Size:
- Although this blog was only created in mid-September, this food blog already has a lot of content.
- Personality:
- The blog is rather factual. Nevertheless, it seems very relaxed.
- Age:
- This blog is still very young. This blog was launched in mid-2016 to provide you with recipes and information.

- Description:
- With over 7 years, this Japanese food blog is already very old and has a lot of content accordingly. There are many Japanese recipes but also blog posts, for example how to make ramen yourself.
- Size:
- I can't tell you the page size unfortunately. Due to the confusing navigation, it is unfortunately difficult to find pages. According to Google, there are about 800 pages.
- Personality:
- Through the personal address, you feel at home right away.
- Age:
- With over 7 years, this blog is already very old. Unfortunately, the same applies to the website technology. But in the end, the content counts and it's top!
